Do we belong in the kitchen?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuOR3Nyhocg&feature=youtu.be

Over the years the world has matured and the roles of women have changed as well.  We don't sit in the kitchen and make breakfast lunch, wash dishes by hand and build the perfect heart shaped casseroles for out family that eats at the perfect kitchen table.  We have evolved there are still some ever growing issues, but women have evolved over the years.  The Stigma of Susie Home Maker has pretty much been flushed down the toilet.  With issues of bulimia and eating disorders, our supermodels and really the issues of thigh gap and things of the past as well.

Yes women are ANGELS as specified in Victorias Secrets millions of campaigns, but we have changed, thigh gap is slowly becoming a thing of the past and being a strong woman has become what is the present.  I wanted to concentrate on motherhood and the strength that I see in the mothers that I work out with on a daily basis most of which while pregnant could smoke me in a workout.  We are who we are and what we choose to be WE ARE STRONG!!!
